She's hit supermodel status at the age of 21, but Karlie Kloss admits she still has a lot to do when it comes to her career in the February 2014 issue of Glamour magazine.

The Victoria's Secret Angel adorned herself in designer garb from the likes of Isabel Marant and Stella McCartney for the fashionable Patrick Demarchelier-shot spread while opening up about what's next for her modeling path.

Check out a few highlights from Miss Kloss' Q&A session below. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Glamour!

On her career driven personality:
"It's just how I was raised. My work ethic is thanks to my dad, who is an emergency room doctor. Growing up, we'd all have dinner, and then he's go to work the night shift from 7:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M."

On her supermodel title:
"I have too many goals to accomplish before that. Don't get me wrong. Having the word 'super' in front of my job is pretty cool. But when I think supermodel, I think Christy Turlington Burns. She's used her career to make an impact with her charity. Modeling has taken me on an amazing journey. But I've stayed true to my values."
