Lady GaGa and Kanye West Cancel "Fame Kills" Tour
Pulling the plug on what was one of the year's most anticipated tours, Kanye West and Lady GaGa have canceled their plans to join up for "Fame Kills".
Failing to give reason behind the decision, "Fame Kills"was slated to kick off next month, with the first gig to be played in Phoenix on November 10th before continuous shows scheduled through January.
While many insiders believe the cancellation was based upon West's anger-inciting debacle with Taylor Swift during MTV Video Music Awards, Live Nation kept mum on the situation.
Following the VMA scandal, West apologized numerous times and explained that the problem stemmed from his mother's death, as he told Jay Leno, "So many celebrities, they never take the time off. I've never taken the time off to really — you know, just music after music and tour after tour. I'm just ashamed that my hurt caused someone else's hurt... But I need to, after this, take some time off and just analyze how I'm going to make it through the rest of this life, how I'm going to improve."
