Justin Bieber Reportedly Rejects DUI Plea Deal
He was offered a pretty sweet deal to avoid a trial and possible jail time in his DUI case, but Justin Bieber is reportedly rejecting the offer from prosecutors.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the D.A. proposed that the 19-year-old pop star plead no contest to reckless driving and complete 40 hours of community service, an alcohol education class, a victim impact panel, and have an ignition interlock device on his car for three months, in addition to 6-9 months of random drug testing.
However, the Biebs isn't having it, instead placing hopes of evidentiary issues to try and beat the charges.
Meanwhile, Justin is counting down the days until he is no longer a teenager, tweeting on Saturday (February 22), "1 week until 20."
