Justin Bieber Receives NYC Proclamation: 'Justin Bieber J&R Day'
Continuing to take the music industry by storm, Justin Bieber made an appearance at J&R Music World in New York City on Tuesday (June 19) where he was given quite the honor.
While out promoting his newest album "Believe," which just hit stores today, the 18-year-old pop sensation received a proclamation from the City of New York proclaiming "Justin Bieber J&R Day." The "Boyfriend" singer looked extremely happy giving the awaiting crowd a smile as he held up the honorable writing while rocking a denim on denim ensemble.
In other career news, the Biebs and rapper Ludacris made a lights out performance last night at the Apollo Theater in the Big Apple. Nearing the end of their packed house show, an unexpected problem left the musical instruments and some of the venue's lighting inoperable. In true Justin fashion, the superstar made sure to finish out the show with the help of some of his singing fans.
If you weren't one of the lucky fans to be able to watch the performance yesterday, you still have a chance to catch some of his most recent shows from the comfort of your own home.
NBC will be airing a two-night special titled "Justin Bieber: All Around The World" starting tomorrow night and it looks like it's going to give you quite the inside look as the singer tweeted, "starting TOMORROW NIGHT MUST WATCH @NBC . we show you everything."
