Justin Bieber Offered Plea in DUI Case
Faced with some pretty serious charges, Justin Bieber reportedly just caught a break with a pretty sweet deal from prosecutors.
According to TMZ, though he's charged with DUI and resisting arrest, the D.A. will drop both if he pleads no contest to reckless driving.
However, the 19-year-old pop star still has to complete a few conditions, including 40 hours of community service, an alcohol education class, a victim impact panel, and have an ignition interlock device on his car for three months.
Additionally, perhaps hampering his jet-setting, he will also be required to submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months.
If the Biebs completes all the conditions, he'll only be left with reckless driving on his record. However, he still faces an assault charge in his home country of Canada.
