Justin Bieber: At Odds with One Direction?
He's one of the biggest stars on the planet, but has budding competition with One Direction driven Justin Bieber into a bitter dispute with the band?
According to the National Inquirer, the "Baby" singer is at odds with the "What Makes You Beautiful" band members after sources say, “It all began when handsome, blonde band member Niall Horan… publicly declared that he thought Justin’s girl was ‘cute’ [and] then made a beeline for Selena at the Kids Choice Awards in March."
The source adds, “Justin is furious with One Direction, and Niall in particular for going after Selena," and now Biebs is supposedly “on the warpath," to defend both his girl and his popularity.
“Meanwhile, Justin feels so threatened by One Direction’s worldwide success he turned down their management team’s offer for him to collaborate with them,” continues the Enquirer with the source adding, “There’s just a lot of bad blood between Justin and One Direction.”
Despite the claim, reps for both parties told press there's no truth to the story.
Justin seems pretty content with his current fan base tweeting moments ago, "thank you to everyone supporting #BOYFRIEND at your local radio station and on ITUNES and SPOTIFY." adding that he is "shooting some interviews for the #BELIEVE tv special and rehearsing for the #AROUNDTHEWORLD promo tour - starts next week!"
