Julianne Hough Shines at 2009 ACM Awards
She’s a relative newcomer to the world of country music, but Julianne Hough seemed to fit right in at tonight’s 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.
The “That Song in My Head” singer arrived on the orange carpet outside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino along with her boyfriend, singer Chuck Wicks.
And as could be expected, Julianne looked simply stunning in a silver and gold sleeveless dress while Wicks donned a black three-piece suit.
During the ACM Awards ceremony, Miss Hough ended up beating out Sarah Buxton and Ashton Shepherd to win the brand new Top New Female Vocalist category.
Upon taking the stage, the "Dancing witht eh Stars" damsel became tearful, thanking "Everybody that has followed me from the beginning and believed in me."
