He's hot on the promotional trail, and Josh Holloway is featured in the January 2012 issue of REDBOOK magazine.

Set to hit newsstands December 20th, the "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol" star opens up with the publication about working with Tom Cruise, how he met his wife, and parenting.

Highlights from Holloway's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit REDBOOK!

On starring in the newest installment of Mission: Impossible:
"That kind of high-octane action—shooting guns, blowing stuff up, jumping off things—is like Disneyland for men. I have three brothers; we’ve been playing James Bond forever."

On what it was like to work with Tom Cruise on Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol:
"He treated everyone well. He did all his own stunts. He was a stud."

On how he met his wife, Yessica:
"She picked me up in a bar. She was good at the game—she was a young, aggressive, 22-year-old cha-cha. I was the fourth or fifth number she got that night, but I got lucky. She called me."

On how he’ll address dating with his daughter (Java, now 2):
"I’m going to be overprotective and overbearing…kidding! I hope to raise her to make the right decisions, because I don’t want to be shut down or shut out. Thank God that’s years from now."
