He’s been all over the map as of late and earlier today (June 24), Nick Jonas made a stop in Washington D.C.

The hunky singer paid a visit to the Senate Dirksen Building to testify during a Senate hearing for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation on the need for federal funding for Type 1 Diabetes.

Jonas - who was diagnosed with diabetes at age 13 - urged the committee to continue funding diabetes research in hopes of finding a cure. "My life depends on it. All our lives depend on it," he said.

Hundreds of adoring teenage girls filled the room, one of them even fainting during Nick’s speech.

At the end, he added that he will going back to Denver to join his brothers, Kevin and Joe, for the rest of their tour.
