Getting caught up in a legal debacle, John Stamos took the stand to deny accusations claiming that he slept with a teenage girl in Orlando back in 2004.

The "Full House" star has taken his woes to court after an attempted $680,000 extortion by Allison Coss, who was 17-years-old at the time of the alleged incident.

After John Stamos was close to being black-mailed at the end of last year, federal prosecutors in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula have filed a fresh criminal charge against the two black mailers.

Scott Sippola and Allison Coss are being charged with using interstate commerce to make the threat. It was filed on Monday as “felony information,” meaning they will probably end up pleading guilty.
