She’s never been one to hold back her opinion, and this time Joan Rivers is taking aim at Lena Dunham's weight.

During an interview on “The Howard Stern Show” Tuesday (March 25), the “Fashion Police” host accused the “Girls” star of misleading young women to be comfortable with an unhealthy weight.

Miss Rivers remarked, “You’re sending a message to people saying, ‘It’s OK! Stay fat! Get diabetes. Everybody die. Lose your fingers.”

She continued, “If you like the way you look, Lena, and that’s fine and you’re funny, don’t say it’s ok that other girls look like this. Try to look better.”

Also pointing out the “hypocrisy” of Lena’s retouched Vogue cover, Joan stated, “There she was looking gorgeous. You didn’t know it was her.”

In regards to Miss Dunham’s career, the 80-year-old television personality revealed, “I love that she’s funny, I love that she did well… but don’t let them laugh at you physically.”
