Jessica Biel On Becoming A Wife: "Nothing Will Really Change"
After throwing a swanky engagement party over the weekend, Jessica Biel has opened up about how she will handle married life with Justin Timberlake.
According to People, the cocktail party was held on Saturday at the Los Angeles home of Biel's stylist, Estee Stanley, and one hundred guests showed up for the celebration reportedly including Ellen DeGeneres, Amy Adams, Lance Bass and Timbaland.
"Justin and Jessica arrived at the party looking very excited." a source told Celebrity Weekly, "Jessica was stunning in a long dress with her hair down. [Stylist] Estee created a very warm, welcoming and festive party for the couple."
As the couple prepares to tie the knot Jessica opened up about becoming a wife saying, "To me, nothing will really change, because I'm almost never home," the "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" actress told the French magazine Gala in a translated interview adding, "But when I am home, I enjoy cooking."
Jessica revealed one of her favorite things to whip up in the kitchen saying, "I especially love making cupcakes," and even though she likes to experiment with new recipes, "it's a total disaster, but I've also had some pleasant surprises, like recently when I managed to make zucchini fritters."
The 30-year-old is expected to exchange vows with the "Sexy Back" singer sometime later this year and Jessica says, "I don't think our marriage will change anything," but admits,
"it will be a challenge finding a balance between my private life, family and work, and I'm ready."
Although Biel is not sure she wants to have children right away, she describes herself as "someone who lets things happen naturally," explaining, "For me, getting married doesn't mean we should limit ourselves to some predefined idea. Rather, it's an opportunity to explore new things in life".
As for her future husband's greatest qualities, Jessica admires that Justin has, "The ability to communicate well ... to be able to express his feelings. Then, loyalty. And, finally, honesty."
