Taking a break from the action, Jeremy Piven's doctor has said that due to a high mercury count, the actor has decided to quit Broadway’s Speed-the-Plow.

Dr. Carlon Colker says a major symptom of mercury poisoning is extreme fatigue, adding that the 43-year-old actor has been eating a lot sushi for many years, even up to twice a day. Additionally, Piven took Chinese herbs that, along with sushi, could have impacted his growing mercury levels.
