Jennifer Lawrence Named AP Entertainer of the Year
She’s snagged a plethora of trophies over the course of her short career, and Jennifer Lawrence just added another accolade to her collection.
The “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” cutie was named Entertainer of the Year by The Associated Press following a survey from newspaper and broadcast members.
Jennifer nabbed the honor after she received one more vote than Miley Cyrus, who ended up coming in second. Netflix was ranked third.
One AP voter gushed that Lawrence “is not only talented and beautiful, but comes off as incredibly intelligent, genuine, funny and well-spoken in her public appearances and interviews.”
Another contributor lobbied for Miley to win- “She made the biggest splash, without comment on whether I thought it was a good thing.”
