Jenelle Evans Shares Intense Pregnancy Workout

Offering up advice on how to stay fit during pregnancy, Jenelle Evans shared her intense workout plan on Twitter last week.

Calling the routine her “no excuses pregnancy workout,” the “Teen Mom” star tweeted, “Workout finished! If you ladies are as pregnant as me right now and need something simple and easy try this…”

The fitness regime includes a half-mile run/walk with 12 bicep curls, 12 dips, 12 shoulder presses, 12 lateral raises, another half-mile run/walk, 20 lunges, 20 calf raises, 20 pie squats and 30 to 45-seconds of wall sits.

Jenelle announced her second pregnancy last December and she’s expecting to have a boy in June. She already named him Kaiser.
