Jason Bateman in GQ April 2014: I've Become A Softy Since Having Kids

With his new comedy "Bad Words" slated to hit theaters March 28th, Jason Bateman scored a featured in the March 2014 issue of GQ magazine.

During his Q&A session with the publication, the "Arrested Development" star chatted about his directing career and revealed how fatherhood changed him.

On his directing lessons:
"I've got a pretty good idea about what kind of set you need to run to get the best out of everybody. And usually that’s a set that’s not being run by an a**hole."

On his favorite curse word:
"Motherf*cker is pretty good."

On his way of insulting kids:
"Check the kid out and see what the quickest way to make them cry is. No, having two little girls now, I don't know if I could ever insult a kid anymore. I've turned into such a softy. My daughters will never see this movie."
