Ian Somerhalder: 2012 Teen Choice Heartthrob Hottie

He's always a fan favorite wherever he goes, and Ian Somerhalder was on hand for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, CA on Sunday (July 22).

The “Vampire Diaries” hunk smiled for the cameras as he made his way inside the Gibson Amphitheatre in preparation of the annual fan voted awards ceremony.

Tonight, Ian racked up a pair of surfboards - as he garnered wins in both the Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi and Choice Male Hottie categories.

Hosted by Demi Lovato and Kevin McHale, the 2012 Teen Choice Awards were topped off by performances from Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida and No Doubt.
