Hugh Jackman Expects More Skin Cancer Growths
Following surgery, Hugh Jackman expects his skin cancer to return after the removal of his second growth.
The "X-Men: Days of Future Past” star wore a band aid on his nose to the world premiere of his upcoming flick on Saturday (May 10), due to the removal of basal cell carcinoma growth the prior week. “I don't remember ever being told to put sunscreen on,” Jackman told press on the red carpet. He attributed that lack of knowledge to his skin cancer.
In career news, Jackman has previously said that after the release of the 2017 “X-Men” movie he will be done with the $2.3 billion franchise, but recently recanted that statement saying, “I think I might have overplayed my hand a little bit by saying I'm almost sure that the next one will be my last.”
