Wearing a colorful scarf, Ugg boots and her hair up in a high ponytail, Haylie Duff ventured out with her new boyfriend Nick Zano to go house shopping together on Saturday afternoon (April 19).

The cute couple, along with a real estate agent, stopped at several houses in the Toluca Lake neighborhood before calling it a day and heading home.

Duff's latest catch is best-known as "Vince" from the WB sitcom "What I Like About You". He's also landed small roles in a few movies including "Fat Albert" and "Love Surreal".

Meanwhile, Zano's currently hosting the MTV reality show "Why Can't I Be You?", while Duff is readying for the release of her debut album "Walk the Walk" in mid-2008.
