Looking fabulous as she tended to hosting duties, Halle Berry stepped out for "An Evening of Awareness" in New York City on Monday evening (November 16).

Held at the Crosby Street Hotel, "An Evening of Awareness" happened to be a benefit event raising funds for the Jenesse Center and the Trevor Project.

Recently having revealed that her mother was a victim of domestic abuse, Berry became involved with Jenesse Center to offer help for domestic violence victims.

Expressing her fondness for being able to work with the residents at the LA treatment center, Halle whole-heartedly tells, “I care, I really care about these women and children.”
