Gwyneth Paltrow Obtains Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker
It has been a rough month for Gwyneth Paltrow, but the actress can have a little more peace of mind knowing she has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker, Nickolaos Gavrilis.
According to documents, Mr. Gavrilis has been attempting to get into the "Iron Man 3" star's home for years, most recently on April 4.
In the request for the order, it states the defendant has stalked Gwyneth “on two continents, has not stopped despite warnings from police, has previously been convicted of harassment by a criminal court and presents an immediate danger that great or irreparable harm would result if an order did not issue immediately.”
The order says Gavrilis must stay at least 100 yards away from Paltrow, her estranged husband Chris Martin and their children Apple and Moses.
