Gwen Stefani and Family: Loving London

Continuing along on their extended stay in London, England, Gwen Stefani and family were spotted making their way home on Saturday (December 19).

All bundled up in a bright and colorful coat, the “Hollaback Girl” singer carried son, Kingston, while hubby Gavin Rossdale carried son, Zuma Nesta.

Looking to satisfy her family’s appetite, Gwen was also spotted in a darling ensemble heading into Locando Locatelli for lunch in west London.

In other news, the “No Doubt” singer’s fitness trainer, Marco Borges, advises how to eat right during the holiday season, telling press, "Before that big holiday party, pop a handful of nuts. They contain the right amount of protein and fat, which release the hormone leptin."

Marco’s top 4 nut picks are walnuts, almonds, pecans and cashews.
