Emily Blunt & James McAvoy Premiere "Gnomeo & Juliet"
Boosting interest in their new movie, the stars were gathered together for the premiere of Touchstone Pictures' "Gnomeo And Juliet" in Hollywood, California on Sunday (January 23).
Held at the El Capitan Theatre, Emily Blunt and James McAvoy were joined by Matt Lucas, Sir Elton John, David Furnish and Ashley Jensen while rocker Gavin Rossdale brought eldest son Kingston to check out the action.
As for the film, "Gnomeo and Juliet" is directed by Kelly Asbury while set to hit theaters on February 11, 2011.
A synopsis of the picture via Walt Disney Pictures reads: "Garden gnomes Gnomeo (voice of McAvoy) and Juliet (voice of Blunt) have as many obstacles to overcome as their quasi namesakes when they are caught up in a feud between neighbors. But with plastic pink flamingos and lawnmower races in the mix, can this young couple find lasting happiness?"
