Gisele Bundchen Talks Family & Workout Routine in Marie Claire Brazil April 2014
While rocking a few poses for the Kevin O’Brien-shot spread, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel dished about everything from her fitness routine to her life as a mother.
“I travel a lot, so my routine varies greatly, depending on where I am,” Miss Bundchen stated. “But I try to work out an hour a day every day. Usually [I] do not have that time, so I try to do at least 15 minutes of yoga or stretching.”
She continued, “I do not have a specific exercise. I love yoga, boxing, Kung Fu, Pilates, surfing, horseback riding, playing volleyball. The important thing is how good I feel after exercising. When I don’t feel that my day was incomplete.”
In regards to her motherly duties, Gisele gushed, “My kids and family are my priority. [I] organize the agenda and work around them. Although [it’s] not easy, I do my best to accommodate all, but it is a constant challenge."
She added. “I realize how important it is to take time for myself every day, to have more energy for my kids, husband, job… [I’ve been] traveling less and have been more careful in the selection of work to be more present in the lives of my children.”
