Gerard Butler Drops By “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”
Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Gerard Butler paid a visit to “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” in New York City last night (October 22).
The “Machine Gun Preacher” hunk had a great time on the show, and even got to play Bubble Soccer with Fallon, Ghostface, and RZA.
During his interview, Gerard talked about his new movie “Chasing Mavericks”- “It’s a true story of this kid who ended up surfing this wave and it ended up being one of the biggest waves in the world… these guys are warriors, they’re fighter pilots.”
“That’s why I wanted to do this movie you know. When I read the story I thought it really explains what it takes to be that kind of athlete- what it takes to be a surfer.”
Butler also added, “I surfed with them. That was amazing. In fact I went out at Mavericks with them so that was an incredible experience… I did almost die.”
Additionally, Gerard made an appearance at the Angel Ball 2012 hosted by Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation at Cipriani Wall Street.
