Garth Brooks Announces World Tour on "Good Morning America": Watch Here!
He's been in the country music world for decades, but with a new album to promote, Garth Brooks is ready to head back out on the road.
On Monday (December 9), the "Friends in Low Places" singer appeared on "Good Morning America" to break the news.
Speaking to Robin Roberts, the 51-year-old crooner shared, "You know what, since it's you and since we've had a history forever, let's announce it. We're going on a world tour in 2014. I can't believe I just did that, but you are a doll."
Additionally, Garth talked about the timing of the tour, saying, "It sure feels good to get to throw your hat back in the ring. Our baby is a senior in high school. We've talked about it. All my babies are fine with it. Ms. Yearwood is fine with it. So now I get to do what I love to do, which is play music. I get to be with the person I want to be with, which is Ms. Yearwood. And my children are off on their own." Check out his interview in the player below.
