Glamming up the red carpet, the stars of Hollywood were out for the 2009 GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday evening (September 8).

With the likes of Freida Pinto, Eva Mendes, Elizabeth Hurley, Kelly Brook and Lily Allen all in attendance, the annual event was held at the The Royal Opera House.

During the course of the evening, David Walliams ended up the big winner - being named the most stylish man of the year by GQ magazine.

According to AP reports, "The shadow chancellor George Osborne accepted the politician of the year award from his Conservative colleague William Hague, while Liberal Democrat front bencher Vince Cable took the voice of reason prize in recognition of his analysis of the global financial crisis."
