Given her crazy schedule, it’s essential for Ellie Goulding to stay in top shape, and she teamed up with her trainer for an intense workout on Monday (February 24).
The “Burn” songstress looked intense as she went for a jog on the streets of London followed by a boxing session at a local park.
Ellie previously told press that staying active is part of her daily routine as it helps her put on a better show for her fans.
“Music and fitness are two of the most important things in my life. Running has become a huge part of what motivates me. I’ve been working hard to balance my training while on tour. I was running way before I was a musician. I’m not diva-ish about anything apart from always having tea and always being able to fit in a run. It’s hardly rock ’n’ roll, but it keeps me happy and then I perform better.”
