Edward Norton "The Incredible Hulk"
The muscled Marvel Comics icon "The Incredible Hulk" is making a return to the big screen, with Edward Norton in the title role.
Norton, the acclaimed actor of "Fight Club," is set to take over the role previously depicted 4 years ago by "Munich" star Eric Bana.
"Edward Norton is a rare talent and one of the most versatile actors in the business," said Kevin Feige, the production president of Marvel Studios, speaking of the actor who has spent the last few years of his career avoiding blockbuster films.
"His ability to transform into a particular role makes him the ideal choice to take on the character of Bruce Banner and the Hulk," added Feige.
Directing duties are have also changed hands, with Frenchman Louis Leterrier, best known for his work on "Transporter 2" and "Unleashed," taking over for Ang Lee.
According to reports from Marvel Studios, the new film is going to be more fun, in keeping with the mood of the TV series and comic book.
The film is going to be shot in Toronto during this summer, and is set to be released in North America on June 13, 2008.
