It’s finally here. We’ve been talking and talking about Jessica Alba’s new movie Good Luck Chuck all summer. And last Friday America got the chance to see the poorly reviewed collaboration between the Dark Angel actress and comedian Dane Cook.

According to the Sin City starlet, her aspiration to try comedy was realized during an MTV Awards show skit. “I’ve always wanted to do comedy. That’s pretty much why I got into the business. I love making people laugh and entertaining.”

Most jobs these days have occupational hazards, but this is ridiculous. In her latest film, Good Luck Chuck, Jessica Alba had to have dental work done after chipping her tooth. And the best part is that she sustained the injury during a kissing scene with co-star Dane Cook.

The Dark Angel hottie reports that during one wild makeout session with the comedian, they both got out of control and ended up in the dentist’s office.
