Adding some supermodel spice to the recipe, Doutzen Kroes, Karolina Kurkova and Jessica Stam were all in attendance at the 2012 Costume Institute Gala in New York City last night (May 7).

Ms. Kurkova dazzled the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a rose gold sequined gown from the Rachel Zoe Collection as she walked the red carpet with Ms. Zoe herself.

Additionally, Jessica opted for a fabulous John Galliano for Christian Dior Haute Couture dress that didn’t fail to garner plenty of paparazzi attention.

And Doutzen showed up the arrivals area with designer Roland Mouret, wearing one of his dresses and looking fabulous.

As for the celebratory occasion, this year's rendition of the Met gala ushers in the 'Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations' exhibition exploring "the striking affinities between Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada, two Italian designers from different eras."

The display is described as being "inspired by Miguel Covarrubias's "Impossible Interviews" for Vanity Fair in the 1930s while featuring "orchestrated conversations between these iconic women to suggest new readings of their most innovative work."
