Christy Turlington Honored at Women's Way Powerful Voice Awards
Showing her support for the unique issues facing women, Christy Turlington was honored at The 36th Annual Women's Way Powerful Voice Awards at The Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel on Saturday (May 11).
The former Calvin Klein model wore a knee-length short-sleeved black-and-white patterned dress as she posed for pics before heading inside.
Formed in the mid '70s, Women's Way serves the causes of wage equity, rape crisis, domestic violence, and reproductive freedom, as well as helping ladies overcome barriers in general.
Held just one day before Mothers Day, Christy tweeted about the event, "Excited to be back in #Philadelphia to add my voice 2 @WomensWay's 36th Powerful Voice Awards tonight. Thanks 4 hosting us! @everymomcounts."
