Chris Brown Allegedly Involved in Another Legal Blunder
Getting a bit overheated in the middle of a pick-up basketball game, Chris Brown allegedly claimed he was a member of the Bloods street gang, before beating a fellow gym member at a 24-Hour Fitness center, according to TMZ.
Filing a lawsuit, Malcom Ausbon claimed that he was playing basketball in July 2013 with Chris, and called a foul in the middle of the game, reportedly resulting in an angry denial from the rapper.
Ausbon stated that Chris ran his mouth, reportedly stating that he was a member of the Bloods, and threatened to beat Ausbon, as Chris's bodyguards joined in, allegedly saying, "If you f**k with Chris, you f**k with us."
Claiming that he went to the emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs, Ausbon's lawsuit states that four men joined together to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body."
TMZ reports that Ausbon is suing both the "Turn Up the Music" singer and the 24-Hour Fitness for unknown damages, and that a source close to Chris stated that there was indeed an "incident" on the court during the game, but that no punches were thrown.
