She’s no stranger to swanky industry events and last night (September 14) Charlize Theron was in the house for the premiere of “Burning Plain.”

The “Monster” actress looked lovely as she arrived at the Thompson Hotel in Los Angeles, sporting a mustard yellow dress teamed with a pair of gold strappy heels.

And coming up for Miss Theron is the sequel to “Hancock” in which she’ll be starring alongside Will Smith and Jason Bateman.

Director Peter Berg told press, “Everybody’s going to come back for a sequel.” And this time around, rumor has it that they’ll be exploring the origins of their heroic powers.
