Charlize Theron Hits the Gym with Mom
Getting in some mother-daughter bonding time, Charlize Theron hit the fitness center with her lovely mom Gerda on Sunday (December 15).
The “Italian Job” starlet was in good spirits as she exited Soulcycle in Beverly Hills, but when she saw shutterbugs nearby she quickly covered her face with a jacket.
As a native South African Charlize was grieved at the passing of ex-South African President Nelson Mandela, as she had grown close with him over the years.
She shared, “My thoughts and love go out to the Mandela family. Rest in Peace Madiba. You will be missed, but your impact on this world will live forever. There will never be words to say what I'm feeling right now. I am saddened to the depths of my soul. Truly.”
Mandela previously praised Theron, stating, “She has put South Africa on the map. Even those who were ignorant of South Africa, having seen her, they must know now that there is a country like South Africa.”
