America Ferrera Stands Up for Heroes at Madison Square Garden
Arriving in style to support injured veterans and their families, America Ferrera showed up for the Stand Up for Heroes concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Wednesday (November 6).
Rocking a little black dress under a crisp white blazer, the "Ugly Betty" beauty obliged the shutterbugs outside of Madison Square Garden before joining the event inside.
The big night is a fundraiser for the Bob Woodruff Foundation, which (according to the website) has raised over $15,000,000 to help injured members of the military and their families.
Speaking about the concert, Bob Woodruff Foundation executive director Anne Marie Dougherty shared, "A million service members are on their way home. They seek what we all do: a sense of purpose, a sustainable source of income, and a successful future for their families. We must work together to ensure the next chapter of their lives is worthy of their sacrifice. We are so thankful to the talent who continuously come back to support this important cause. Our performers want to simply give back to the men and women who served our country and have come home injured. It is truly an inspiration to see everyone come together for an important night to honor and remember our heroes."
