Continuing their humanitarian efforts in London, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed up at The ExCel for Day 3 of the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in war zones today (June 12).

The “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” dame and her “Ocean’s Twelve” hunk joined UK Foreign Secretary William Hague for the proceedings, stopping along the way to wave to their fans.

In related news, Angelina may have really put her foot in her mouth when chatting about her favorite Chinese director.

Jolie replied, “I am not sure if you consider Ang Lee Chinese. He's Taiwanese but he does many Chinese-language films with many Chinese artists and actors, and I think his works and the actors in his films are the ones I am most familiar with and very fond of."

Soon thereafter, Angelina received criticism from Chinese fans for suggesting that Taiwan isn’t part of their country. One naysayer tweeted, "By implying that Taiwan and China are two separate countries, in a moment of excitement, a brilliant woman (Jolie) became a stupid laughingstock.”
