Making for an interesting appearance, Carrie Underwood took her musical styles to a whole new level on last night’s (November 8) “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

“We were actually a singing duo in the nineties,” Jimmy explained. “We were called Jim Carrie. It was a little confusing because people thought they were coming to see Jim Carrey, but our music was genius.”

“We would sing country versions of popular rap songs. We invented a new genre of music called Country Rap,” Fallon added.

“Or C’Rap,” the blonde beauty chimed in.

After the hilarious explanation, the late night host joined up with the 29-year-old country crooner for some “footage” of the two performing country versions of famous rap tunes including “Straight Outta of Compton” by N.W.A., “Nuthin' But a G Thang” by Dr. Dre and Snoop Doggy Dogg and lastly, “The Humpty Dance” by Digital Underground.
