Benedict Cumberbatch: Eyeing “Hamlet” Stage Production

He’s a worldwide sensation thanks to his popular “Sherlock” program and now Benedict Cumberbatch is ready to take on Shakespeare.

The “Atonement” stud has signed on for the lead in the legendary play “Hamlet” slated to open at the Barbican Theater in London from August 2015 through October 2015.
