Beyonce Talks "I Was Here" on "Anderson Cooper 360"
Opening up about some of her newest work, Beyonce Knowles made an appearance on Anderson Cooper's CNN show "Anderson Cooper 360" to talk about her "I Was Here" music video on Wednesday (August 15).
The Grammy Award-winning songstress looked stunning in a form-fitting white dress that showed off her enviable curves as she sat down with the notorious talk show host to discuss her part in World Humanitarian Day.
Teasing the highly anticipated interview, Anderson took to his Twitter page, writing, "Tonight on @AC360 part of my interview with @Beyonce airs. Find out why and how she has teamed up with the #UN for #WorldHumanitarianDay."
The 30 year-old beauty, who will release her video in conjunction with the important day, opened up about her charitable track, saying, "It says, ‘I want to leave my footprints in the sands of time’ and it basically is all of our dreams, I think. And that’s leaving our mark on the world. I feel like we all want to know that our life meant something."
"We all have our purpose, and we all have our strengths…it feels so wonderful to do something for someone else," Beyonce added. "And I think for the U.N. to want to include the whole world was something important, and I feel like that’s what I represent.”
