Beyonce Sued by Two Chicago Concert-Goers
Getting a front row spot at a Beyonce concert could be a dangerous fete, this according to two recent fans who were injured at the singer's Chicago gig.
Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson claim they were trampled, knocked unconscious, and left with broken bones after being pushed over by a “rushing mob” entering Bey's concert back on December 13, 2013.
"As the hours passed before the concert,” reads the suit, “the group became larger, more dense and more anxious about how, when and where the gate(s) would be released and where ticket holders and fans were supposed to enter The United Center, none of which was explained.”
After waiting, the entryway finally opened at 7 p.m., but according to Castellanos and Davidson, staffers at The United Center opened the gates “without instruction or any reasonable system to permit an orderly entrance.”
The two women who are self-proclaimed "long time fans" of Beyonce are seeking an undisclosed amount in damages from the "Yonce" songstress, The United Center and Live Nation.
