Hoping to use their starpower for good, Ben Affleck and Seth Rogen testified before the Senate on Wednesday (February 26).

Traveling from Hollywood, the "Argo" star spoke to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on behalf of his Eastern Congo Initiative and the "Knocked Up" funny man took a serious turn by speaking about Alzheimer's disease to a Senate Appropriations subcommittee.

Prior to the meeting, Seth snapped a selfie while suited up in front of the White House with the caption, "#HouseOfCardsSeason3."

Retweeting Secretary of State John Kerry's photo of the two shaking hands, Ben thanked him for praising their passion on the issues.
