Perhaps due to the fact that his professional career is rumored to be in turmoil, Balthazar Gettywas looking pretty cranky as he made his way out of LAX International Airport yesterday (January 4).

Saying that he'll be turning up for shooting and that things are fine, the “Brothers and Sisters” stud looked a bit lackluster as he exited the main terminal, breaking his frown to take a picture with a fan before moving on and hopping into his limousine.

Getty first worried the cast and crew of “Brothers and Sisters” shortly after he and girlfriend Sienna Miller began their scandalous tryst, a series of events that have reportedly led to his getting kicked off the show next season.

Trying to maintain appearances, reps for the show have insisted that things are fine, and that Balthazar will be back in the saddle when shooting resumes for 2009.
