Making the most of her time in New York City, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about with her boyfriend Scott Speer this afternoon (June 16).

The “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” hottie looked to be having a marvelous time with her beau, strolling around Manhattan and trying to ignore the paparazzi.

And it looks like Tizzie needed a bit of a pick-me-up from her two promotional appearances this morning (Good Morning America, and the Alexa Chung Show) as she was carrying an icy cool Starbucks beverage.

As always, Ashley looked absolutely fabulous in a casual chic ensemble that included a white top/white jacket combo with distressed trousers and black strappy shoes.
