Anne Hathaway Takes the Lead In "The Low Self Esteem of Lizzie Gillespie"
Adding another film onto her already impressive list of credits, Anne Hathaway has reportedly signed on as the main role in "The Low Self-Esteem of Lizzie Gillespie."
According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter on Monday (October 8), the 29-year-old actress has agreed to star in the film, co-written by "The Office"'s Mindy Kaling, which landed on the "Black List" in 2009.
The details for this romantic comedy are described as follows: "The story centers on a woman whose lack of self-worth has limited her choice in men to losers. When she is about to hit the bottom of the barrel, life takes an unexpected turn when she is pursued by the hottest guy ever."
No word yet on when production will start, but it is suspected that Kaling could be involved in a supporting role as well.
