AnnaSophia Robb Makes "The Carrie Diaries" Debut
Spotted for the first time on the New York City set, AnnaSophia Robb was seen portraying a young Carrie Bradshaw for the upcoming series "The Carrie Diaries" on Wednesday (March 21).
The bubbly blonde looked like she was having a blast, as she was spotted laughing with the crew, practicing her scripts and donning some 80's inspired Bradshaw looks.
The "Soul Surfer" starlet took to her Twitter page last month when she was picked for the role, writing, "So excited for #carriediaries! It was online before I even knew hahahaha oh technology."
The CW series focuses on the "Sex and the City" star, Carrie Bradshaw, and her senior year of high school. The comedy is based off of the prequel books written by Candace Bushnell, which give an inside look into who the label-loving writer was before she made it big and how she handled love and relationships in the big city.
The Miguel Arteta directed series also includes boyfriend of Vanessa Hudgens, Austin Butler, along with Ellen Wong and Stefania Owen.
No word yet on a premiere date.
