Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Team Up for Anti-Sexual Violence Global Summit in London
They’re both fierce humanitarian rights advocates and earlier today (June 13) Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrived at the ExCel in London for another day of the Global Summit To End Sexual Violence in Conflict.
Hosted by UK Foreign Secretary William Hague, the four-day conference has focused on raising awareness of the problem of rape and sexual assault in war zones and finding solutions.
In addition to Brad and Angelina, George Clooney’s fiancée Amal Alamuddin has lent her support to the cause, having attended Thursday’s program.
Alamuddin, a British-Lebanese attorney, works for the UN as an advisor to General Kofi Annan while Jolie serves as a special envoy to the UN Refugee Agency.
