“American Sniper” Scores $64.4 Million Second Weekend

Despite the best efforts of Michael Moore, Bradley Cooper's “American Sniper” is still high atop the box office rankings for the second weekend in a row.

The Clint Eastwood flick brought in $64.4 million, dropping just 27.9% from the $89 million that set the January opening weekend record last week.

It’s been a crazy week for Seth Rogen, who has been under fire for making some disparaging remarks about the new box office hit “American Sniper” via Twitter.

The “Pineapple Express” stud seemingly compared the Chris Kyle flick to Nazi propaganda, stating that. “American Sniper kind of reminds me of the movie that’s showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds.”
