Judge Orders Extended Hospitalization Stay for Amanda Bynes

Doesn’t look like Amanda Bynes will be out and about any time soon. Doctors at the mental health facility where she’s been receiving treatment asked a judge to keep her confined—and the judge has now agreed.

Sources say the plan is to keep treating the troubled actress for 60 days, and then transfer her home to stay with her mother. Technically, though, TMZ reports that the former child star could remain hospitalized for as long as a year, given the wording of the ruling.
