Amanda Bynes' Attorney: "She's a Fine Client"
Though we've heard so much about him in her frequent Twitter rants, Amanda Bynes' attorney is speaking out for the first time about his notorious client.
In a conversation with People on Wednesday (May 29), Richard Hutton claimed, "I think Amanda's fine. I have no problems with her whatsoever. She's a fine client."
Having just attended a Beverly Hills hearing for her DUI case, the legal eagle insisted, "Every time I've talked to her, I've had nice, attorney-client normal relations with her."
Though he does not represent her in her New York bong-throwing case, Hutton says the incident has "been blown out of proportion," saying, "The New York case doesn't seem like much of a case, really. I mean, come on. Even if you believe everything you hear, it's something that amounts to virtually nothing. And it's my understanding there's not much evidence to back that case up. There's no physical evidence to back it up. I understand there's no marijuana, no pipe."
